Dartmouth Crossing Speed Skating Club Waiver

It is understood that the sport of sledge racing involves risks, and that while the organization takes precautions as specified by Speed Skating Canada to minimize those risks, there is still some risk of accident or injury. In consideration of registering for this program any and all rights and claims for damages against the Dartmouth Crossing Speed Skating Club, its agents, officers or members or any sponsors including medical staff, for all and any injuries suffered for the duration of the program and hereby waived and released.

This information is collected under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. It is
required to register you in the program.
