    Dartmouth Crossing Speed Skating Club Waiver
    It is understood that the sport of speed skating involves risks, and that while the organization takes precautions as specified by Speed Skating Canada to minimize those risks, there is still some risk of accident or injury.  In consideration of registering for this program any and all rights and claims for damages against the Dartmouth Crossing Speed Skating Club, its agents, officers or members or any sponsors including medical staff, for all and any injuries suffered for the duration of the program and hereby waived and released.

    Members and parents/caregivers will read and keep updated on the Covid protocols in place in the province and at the RBC Centre during the season.

    This information is collected under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. It is
    required to register you in the program.

    Alternative contact and medical information will only be used in a medical emergency. If you have questions about the collection of or use of this information, contact the Dartmouth Crossing Speed Skating Club at DCspeedskate@gmail.com.


    When you click submit, you will be redirected to a payment page.  This payment is a voluntary contribution to the program costs and is not required if it is not affordable.  Your form will be forwarded to the registrar as soon as you hit Submit and your registration will be complete at that point.  You can exit from the payment page without completing it.
